  Living up in the Morris/Sussex area, I love finding new places by me that offer the same quality food I used to have when I lived closer to NYC. Savour brings just that.
  
  Tucked away on Newton-Sparta Road near the woods, Savour offers some high-class, delicious food. This one dish I had there was the Watermelon Shrimp Feta salad and it was SO GOOD! Ok first off, I never thought of putting those 3 ingredients together but I'm so glad Brandy, the owner, did. It's a perfect mix of sweet, savory and tangy with the passion fruit dressing on top. Like I felt so healthy eating it.
  
  Speaking of other stuff I've had there that's healthy, the Caribbean Black Bean Soup is delightful. It's so hearty and savory, perfect for the colder months ahead. It's topped with Sour Cream and Salsa with a slice of a baguette on the side, which all perfectly compliments it.
  
  OH AND THE BEST PART: the dessert. Savour's Fruit Tarts are by far my favorite thing. The one I had was topped with fresh fruit (Blackberries, Strawberries and Blueberries) with a creamy custard bottom in a baked pastry. It's one of those desserts that make you feel really healthy, because fruit, but it's also a treat for yourself.
  
  Honestly, Savour is a cute little, trendy cafe with delicious food that people need to visit next time they're in the Sparta/Newton area.
