Every time I try something new, I am completely blown away at how much better the item is than expected. Even the meals of my party that I've tasted...meals I wouldn't have chosen that day, blow me away. I don't know who this chef is, but whomever he/she is...Trinity please give that chef whatever he/she desires because you can never lose him/her!! Everything from the appetizers to salads and soups and entrees are superb. By far the best food in the area.
Cons: Pricey, but SO worth it!
Also, service is extremely slow at peak times. I recommend going on weeknights or early on the weekends. Even if you never eat out during the week, I recommend trying this place just for the taste and experience. The atmosphere is great too.
